By accessing or using CineMath (the "App"), this website, or any related services provided by Bradford Operations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Description of Service
CineMath is a calculator application designed for film and video professionals. Our services include:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
User Responsibilities

Trademark Acknowledgments
CineMath uses industry-standard terminology and codec names for calculation purposes:
- • ProRes® is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.
- • DNxHD® and DNxHR® are registered trademarks of Avid Technology, Inc.
- • H.264 and H.265/HEVC are standards developed by ITU-T and ISO/IEC
- • All other codec names and trademarks are property of their respective owners
CineMath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Avid Technology, Inc., or any other codec manufacturer or standards organization.
Use of these trademarks is for identification and calculation purposes only under fair use provisions.
License and Restrictions
Free Version: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of CineMath for personal and commercial purposes.
Professional Version: Purchase of CineMath Professional grants you a perpetual license to use the software on devices associated with your Apple ID.
Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any portion thereof.
Data Processing and Privacy
All calculations in CineMath are performed locally on your device. We do not:
- • Collect calculation data
- • Store your project information
- • Transmit any data to external servers
- • Track your usage patterns
The only data transmitted is for app functionality (crash reports, if enabled) through Apple's standard services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

While CineMath is designed for professional use, you are responsible for verifying all calculations for your specific application. We recommend double-checking critical calculations using alternative methods.
Codec Calculations:
Data rates and specifications are based on publicly available information and may vary based on:

- • Content complexity
- • Hardware capabilities
- • Software versions
Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate licenses for any codecs used in their production workflows.
AS IS BASIS: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
NO WARRANTIES: We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- • Accuracy of calculations
- • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Bradford Operations LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or production costs, arising from your use of the service.
Refund Policy
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund:

- • Sign in with your Apple ID
- • Find your CineMath purchase and request a refund
For assistance with refund requests, you may also contact our support team.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kings County, New York.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

- • Notify users of material changes
